With the more and more frequent use in the building field of houses, modular roofs in wood and elements for several structures, Caul has developed to the line Top Fast and line Top Finish, studied for production of wood and wood-aluminium windows. They are tools of last generation, adapted to onerous working for CNC machines of big dimensions, constructed purposely for the building field. In the tool represented here alloys to high resistances to the usury and the torsion are used for the construction of the body. The tools are constructed with lightening geometries, creating wide drainages in proximity of the cutting in order to favour the expulsion of the wood-chips. Caul lend particular attention to the facility of uses and maintenance of the tools, with change systems practical and fast knifes being this free from impediments with mechanical closing through screw of  radial fixing. Products adapted for the planing of several wood and girders also of large dimensions, with the possibility to dull or to do the radius to the extremities of the same beam.

The constant engagement of beyond 20 years of activity has carried Caul to assert it self like producer of wood working tools, offering to the own customers quality and experience, certifying it self from many years with UNI en ISO 9001/2000 system. With the use in the carpenter’s shops the new work centre Caul, may attention to the changes has developed with help of technological machinery end a big range of tools like TOP FAST line and TOP FINISH line made for wood and wood-aluminium frame of new generation.
New fixing systems have been created to support the works requirements and a best security for a high number of rph during execution.
In the tool near here ( foto 1) is been used , for the construction of the body of the tool, high quality material, working them with geometry of lightening and creating wide drainages near the cut to favour the wood.
The new frame range is been inserted in the last new catalogue Caul 2005-01 printed the 1st January (foto 2)(foto3).
In phase of planning our technical office has given particular attention to the new norms evidencing therefore the points of force.
Aluminium grip flap last generation that uses the natural thermal isolation of the wood and it allows to the drip flap to be always in support on the wood.
New geometries of the profiles that they can to increase the decompression chamber diminishing the speed of the air.
New profiles geometry allow to increase the decompression chamber, diminishing than speed of the air. Using drip flap fin or specific terminals allows the closing of the hole made to the geometry of the wing.
New aluminium thresholds for door-window planned with geometry that they guarantee one greater held to the water, protection to the stamping of the drip flap and possibility to insert normal crash or self-adjusting cam.
